Here we are for episode 317! When L.O.T.S.L. - one of THE SHY LIFE PODCAST team's favourite podcasts calls it a day the gang worry about how Ikk will take the news! Paul shares a few memories about the show - including times that he was a guest and also times when our show has crossed over into L.O.T.S.L.-land. We hope they'll be back for a reunion!
